1) Service description

The service helps you browse property listings and request matching with potential apartment rental options. The service may include appointment coordination and/or verification steps between you and third parties (e.g., property owners, agencies, or other counterparties).

We do not become the owner/lessor of any property. Any lease or rental agreement is between you and the relevant counterparty, if and when such an agreement is concluded.

2) Availability and changes

We strive to keep the service available. However, the service may be unavailable temporarily due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We may change or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Availability of specific listings, confirmations, and appointment dates is not guaranteed. Matching outcomes depend on the actions and responses of third parties.

3) Appointments and verification

If you request a meeting or verification step, the process may require data exchange with third parties. We may facilitate communication, but we cannot control the actions of those parties.

We recommend that you review lease terms carefully and confirm the identity and authority of the counterparty before paying any funds.

4) User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when requesting matching.
• Use the service lawfully and do not misuse it (including attempting to disrupt operation, scrape data unlawfully, or interfere with users or systems).
• Comply with applicable Ukrainian rules governing consumer and distance contracting where relevant.

5) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudexhubel (LLC) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party actions or unavailability of listings or appointments.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Ukrainian law.

6) Pre-contract information (Ukraine)

For consumer information about an e-commerce entity/service provider, we make available the required details on the website where you can access them before concluding an agreement, in accordance with On Electronic Commerce (Закон України "Про електронну комерцію") № 675-VIII.

If you submit a distance request/lead capture through the website, consumer-required distance-contract information and consumer rights notices apply, including under Про захист прав споживачів | від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX. Where relevant, you have rights related to distance contracting (including Article 17, as applicable).

For consumer dispute resolution, information enabling dispute resolution for distance consumer contracts is provided in accordance with Про захист прав споживачів | від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

7) Personal data and cookies

If the website uses cookies or similar technologies to collect identifiers (especially for analytics/lead tracking), such data may be treated as personal data when applicable. We provide personal-data processing transparency and consent/legality mechanisms where required, in accordance with On Protection of Personal Data (Закон України "Про захист персональних даних") № 2297-VI.

8) Language of the website (UA)

For internet representations/websites performed in Ukraine for consumer services, the service information is presented in the state language as required by Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної № 2704-VIII.

9) Governing rules

These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Any lease/rental agreement will be governed by the terms agreed with the counterparty and applicable Ukrainian law.
